Well, the Chicoms' explanations are good enough for Goosey! We should all shrug our shoulders and agree with them, and Goosey, too.

    Re: China

I like the opening meeting between the US and the Chicoms going on in Alaska. Glad to see the Biden admin has put its big boy pants on and slammed the effing Chicoms. Of course...the poor, ole lamestream media's head exploded. NBC's take sums it up with a "US-China summit off to a rocky start..." Yeah, a "Rocky Balboa" start! "Gonna bust ya up!"

Keep in mind that our beef is with the Chicoms, not the good Chinese people. They should be able to live free from the yoke of communism, and it's up to the free world to put the clamps on the commie bastards.

At the opening the Chicoms responded with tough talk. Newt Gingrich pointed out they THINK they are in the catbird's seat and can call the shots. This is dangerous. Newt said the Chicoms are on "offense" and have no thoughts of having to play defense. We see that in their war games...it is all offensive strategy. It's the exact same attitude the Japs had in the late 1930's, and that Hitler and Mussolini adopted. None of the Axis powers even remotely considered the possibility of having to DEFEND themselves. They adopted a strictly offensive mindset...and off they went, invading other countries.

Of course, I would be remiss if I didn't point out that we have the same attitude...all offense, no defense. Hell! we can't even keep wretched folks from invading across our southern border. In the bigger picture, well, the Pentagon should change back to its original departmental title...Department of War, not Department of Defense.

Back to the Chicoms...I am encouraged the Biden admin has, so far, continued the "tough on China" Trump policies.

Tesla’s are now restricted by China due to “national security” threats

    quote:

China to Restrict Tesla Usage by Military and State Personnel

    Wall Street Journal

SINGAPORE—China’s government is restricting the use of Tesla Inc.’s vehicles by personnel at military, state-owned enterprises in sensitive industries and key agencies, citing concerns that the American electric-vehicle maker’s cars could be a source of national security leaks, according to people familiar with the effort.

The move follows a government security review of Tesla’s vehicles, which Chinese officials said found that the cars’ sensors could record visual images of surrounding locations, the people said. Also, the Chinese government said Tesla—through the vehicles—could obtain various data such as when, how and where the cars are being used, as well as personal information of the drivers and the contact list of mobile phones that are synced to the cars, the people said. The government is concerned that some data could be sent back to the U.S., the people said.

The government has informed some of its agencies to ask their employees to stop driving Tesla cars to work, they said. Some of the people said Tesla cars were also banned from driving into housing compounds for families of personnel working in sensitive industries and state agencies. They were told by their agencies that among the government’s concerns is that Tesla vehicles can be constantly in record mode, using cameras and other sensors to log various details, including short videos.

That's hilarious coming from a country that has stolen literally every piece of technology that they have.. I guess no one knows more about stealing than a thief..

    Re: China

The Chicoms violated Taiwan air space Monday in their biggest show of force in a year, sending 25 warplanes to test Taiwan's defensive response. The armada included 14 J-16 fighters, considered their top of the line land based fighter, but woefully inferior to US built jets. Taiwan has F-16V Falcons and French-built Dassault Mirages, all updated versions, and far superior to the Chicoms' junk.

Since the Taiwanese seek only to defend themselves and not engage in long-range offensive missions their air fleet enjoys a "home field advantage," they don't have to carry extra fuel and thus their jets carry additional armament, such as 6 air-to-air missiles vs. just 2 the Chicoms' J-16 has equipped. They also have developed a fighter jet domestically with the designation...

F-CK-1A. Fill in the blank! This is not a joke

I also like the Taiwanese developed Bluehawk helicopter. As of now they have deployed 14 of them across their island nation. They will wreak havoc against attacking Chicom warplanes. What chance does a helicopter have against an advanced jet fighter you may ask? None! if they were running a race, but they're not. These choppers are sophisticated electronic weapons' platforms designed to work in unison with radar jamming equipment and anti-aircraft missile batteries. They remain hidden, then suddenly rise up to unleash a barrage of missiles. They are so big and powerful, and since they are not expected to travel many hundreds of miles, but rather operate close to their base, they are stuffed full of weapons and defensive measures.

The Chicoms are so concerned about the Bluehawks they are trying to develop special attack aircraft and tactics designed to address the threat.

Taiwan has launched a new amphibious assault ship, the Yu Shan. It's a 10,600-ton vessel designed to act as a service ship during peacetime, supplying troops/bases on the scattered islands it holds, and as an attack ship to support marines should a landing to retake an island(s) be needed in a war with the Chicoms. And typical of the Taiwanese military mindset it is also equipped with an array of weapons, including a rapid-fire cannon, and an array of missiles. It also supports helicopters and "jump" jets.

South Korea revealed its new domestically built fighter jet, the KF-21 Falcon...pundits say it's a "borrowed" design of the F-22 Raptor, but smaller, making it a whole lot cheaper. South Korea plans to introduce it to its own air fleet and also sell it to countries seeking a more affordable fighter than the US-built jets.

'Taiwan is Part of China,' Says Chinese Navy Warship During Encounter With Taiwanese Vessel (msn.com)

    T
he Chicoms are bullies and are trying to legitimize their illegal actions and violations of international law. But, their neighbors know better and there is an ever-increasing frustration dealing with the rampant incursions by the Chicoms, from armed fishing fleets stealing catch from nations' territorial waters to Chicom navy vessels harassing unarmed ships in international waters, and several times entering national waters, like Japan's, to harass civilian fishing boats.

President Trump's admin built coalitions with regional partners and now absent US leadership, Japan, Australia, and India have taken up the mantle. But, all regional nations have built up their militaries and forged partnerships with each other. The Philippines in particular have been at the fore-front of recent tension and their foreign minister recently said, "enough is enough, we are tired of the Chinese (the Chicoms) testing our resolve." I wouldn't be surprised if some incident doesn't occur soon. There is going to be a military action, of some kind, and then we'll see if the Chicoms back off or if it escalates. I am predicting the Chicoms will tuck tail and run.

Australia has launched the first of two "combat supply/oiler ships" today. It will be joined by its sister ship in a few months. These ships are designed to operate in hostile waters, in a war scenario, and bring needed supplies and refueling to Australia's warships. Just another step to creating this wall against Chicom expansionism and aggression.

Coming to a country near you: China launches app for citizens to report wrongthink

    Daily Mail

    quote:

China has launched a new app that will allow citizens to report others who criticise the ruling Chinese Communist Party or question its account of history online.

Released by China's cyber regulator, along with a similar hotline, the app aims to crack down on 'historical nihilists' ahead of the Party's 100th anniversary in July, the regulator said in a statement on Friday.

An arm of Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) said the app and hotline will allow and encourage netizens to report fellow internet users who spread 'mistaken opinions' online in order to create a 'good public opinion atmosphere'.

Such offences would include 'distorting' the Party's history, attacking its leadership and policies, defaming national heroes and 'deny the excellence of advanced socialist culture' online, the notice said.

"For a while now, some people with ulterior motives... have spread historically nihilistic false statements online, maliciously distorting, slandering and denying Party, national and military history in an attempt to confuse people's thinking.

'We hope that the majority of Internet users will actively play their part in supervising society ... and enthusiastically report harmful information,' it said.

'Historical nihilism' is a phrase used in China to describe public doubt and scepticism over the Chinese Communist Party's description of past events.

China's internet is tightly censored and most foreign social media networks, search engines and news outlets are banned in the country.

Over/Under before something like this is launched here in U.S. in the name of battling white supremacy of course...

Heck! the libtards at Facebook, Twitter, the lamestream media have already been actively engaged in this. I think the Chicoms copied them.
