    Kyle Rittenhouse Trial

Wow the judge in the Rittenhouse trial is not taking crap. He slammed CNN and is not putting up with prosecutor theatrics..

Judge basically said CNN is creating dissent and telling people he (the judge) is applying 'incomprensible' rulings regarding scumbag rosenbaum's violent nature that night and he said "well this is the law and cites the claue and says he is there to make sure the laws are followed despite what Toobin on CNN and his 'legal' folks believe"

eta this was after the scumbag prosecutor was trying to keep rosenbaum's actions that night from being admitted as evidence.

et2 judge is so disgusted with prosecution's arguments for presenting this videotape he said "we're done here. we're going to take a break."

Also apparently there was FBI drone footage that captured the whole thing and shows Rittenhouse running and people shooting at him due to gun flashes. Not sure why FBI sat on this video for over a year..

Now the prosecutor is attempting to get a video shown to the jury where the videographer apparently narrates his opinion on Kyle.

The defense objects that narration as heresy.

So the prosecution asks the judge to show it anyhow, but provide the jury instruction to disregard it.

That judge - frustrated over the level of retard - just called a break.

Seems the prosecutors did a great job making the case for the defense in their opening. I haven’t seen or heard anything from today.

Defense is asking a lot of perspective questions. Subjective based on witness experience. Prosecutor objects. Then judge helps the defense rephrase.

Prosecution is going to try to lead the jury to believe that Kyle R was attending protests posing as a medic and accuse him of taking sides instead of honoring some kind of code. He wasn’t taking sides. He was protecting random property and defending himself. The only side he took was his own.

Dude didn’t even have current permits for the gun. I don’t agree that we should have to get those, but if it’s the law, he should be punished for not following.

All of the prosecution witnesses have supported the self-defense theory under cross-examination.

If there was ever a case that should have a directed "not guilty" verdict once the prosecution rests, this is it.

Not sure the prosecution has caught on yet that they and their witnesses are working for the defense.

Admission from star witness for prosecution that he leveled his gun at Kyle R. Before Kyle R shot him. Doh!

    Re: Kyle Rittenhouse Trial

Witness for the defense right now is obviously uncomfortable with the prosecutors questions. Not because he isn’t telling the truth necessarily, but because the prosecutor is terrible at how to handle a witness. Another strike against the state for appearing to steer a witness and belittle him for being nervous. Pitiful.
