A quick look at what these changes would mean (1/5):
Teams will be able to schedule in one of three ways:
A. 28 games PLUS a three-game multi-team event (MTE) for 31 total games
B. 29 games PLUS a two-game MTE for 31 total games
C. 29 games period with no MTE participation
5/5 Finally, teams would no longer be permitted to schedule non-D1 opponents as part of their event participation. The only exception would be a non-D1 team that hosts a tournament, like, oh, Chaminade.
