The former VP was called out for coughing into his hand in March as well.

The dems are pushing to enhance the 25th Amendment, or make it more applicable (admittedly I don't know the detailed workings of how the 25th would be applied). I just know when Pelosi and the left make it an issue now, they are planning to remove Biden and place Harris in the WH. Or, try to remove Trump if re-elected.
Harris is even more inept that Obama. Makes her a better puppet for the bad guys I suppose. Biden is pitiful.
