hello Pot, I’m Kettle nice to meet you.
Don't even TRY to compare me to you. Yes, like many fans, I want a better performance from the team on the field. But you're bitching about EVERYTHING. You "don't care about Grambling". You said you'll be "missing the first home opener in years", and you "definitely don't want any FCS opponents after 2:30 in the afternoon." HAHA! WTH is that all about? That's hilarious.
What's hilarious? Our AD could not get an FCS home game at 6:00 due to an internet broadcast demand of 2:30...like anybody wants to watch on TV.
IMO subscribers channel = internet game. TV means nothing now days and it cost us more in ticket sales/attendance than we get in TV revenue. Grambling at 2:30 is a glaring example
Here's how afraid our CUSA brethren is of J'Mar Smith: (Copied from USM fan on the CUSA board!)

RE: The more I look at USM's front seven this year, the more loaded it gets...
This team played only 3 home games: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1990_South...tball_team
UTEP, Rice, and UTSA will be awful. La Tech has JMar. WKU visits the Rock finally. That's 5 conference wins. UNT, UAB, and FAU have the talent to beat us, but 2 of those 3 are at home. The FAU game could very well be a trap game.
No one gives us a shot versus State or Bama. Bama I totally understand, obviously, but State doesn't impress me, especially their offense. Their great defense from last year graduated a lot and they lost their DC, but they'll have talent. I really like our chances here.
8 wins seems safe, plus or minus luck, wherever that may fall. I really like my defense and my offense has big potential with a new OC.

Ouch!! That is a direct kick to the nuts. But when we stand there with our arms out wide, our legs spread open, and we wear a shirt that says “KICK HERE!!” with a big arrow pointing down......what else should we expect.
I predict tailgating will be down even more this year. Our college group has to pay $1500 just to set up a tent and have space for our grill on the hill by the TAC. Was that the case last year and I didn’t know?
My... optimism has us at 5-7.
At one time you could tailgate on the hill for free provided you got there early enough to get a spot.
Our university has done its best to turn the gameday experience into the worst. Many fans I know who used to tailgate are either not coming, showing up right before the game, or just going to the Argent Pavilion and calling it a day.
Sad reality when tailgate alley has been replaced by parking spots for big donors who aren’t there half the time.
It is a sad state of Tech football when HD is our sunshine pumper.
TMAC has run our AD into the ground.
