First to interview is the math teacher. Hiring supervisor asks "What is 2+2?" Teacher says 4. "Are you certain?" Yes, definitely 4.

Next is the accountant. Same question, same answer -- 4. Are you certain? "Weeeelllll ... give or take 10%" says the accountant.

Finally the statistician. "What's 2+2?" The statistician closes the door, and lowers the blinds. Sits back down, leans forward and whispers "What do you want it be?"
