After his agent gets their cut, probably not a lot. I honestly think he gets another shot at least at a practice squad , IF he can get healthy. When he was in the lineup, his numbers were really good.

NFL agents max compensation is 3%.

Hard to say. Honestly, I just think he's injury-prone. His use at Tech changed during his 4 years and that led to his mastering multiple skills, such as becoming an excellent receiver. After his freshman year he had fewer and fewer carries as a pure RB. Again, no one should doubt KD's ability. He is as good a player who has ever come out of Tech and his skill-set was perfect for the NFL.
