I had heard that there is a 70 team softball tourney scheduled for the complex early 2020. I would bet there wouldn't be a whole lot of weekends in the spring and summer that there wouldn't be something going on at the complex.

We (Cedar Creek) will be using the baseball facilities for elementary league this spring.

So, 13,000 spectators x 10.00 / person = 130,000. Is my math correct? So, what is the percentage of the sales tax revenue of restaurant and hotels going towards the complex?

How much revenue did the complex bring in on it’s own? Can it pay the maintenance costs of the facility? Was there a noticeable difference in sale tax revenues as a result of the complex?
