cuz rice is blue (albeit navy). I think he means the fans. It looks like the Dawgs have worn all white the last couple of times at Rice.

Outside of Holtz first season, we tend to do well against Rice in Houston. This is year 2 of their new coach Mike Bloomgren and they have shown to have a pretty good run D. This one will be interesting.

J'Mar better remember his horrible performance against Rice where he threw 2 INT. Also he lost the football on a bad handoff to Kam McKnight. Thank God for Dancy, he saved us last year against the Owls.
