I like this. Of course, Nebraska will probably have things turned around by 2023. But they usually pay big purses. Does anyone know how much Tech will be getting from this visit to Lincoln?
$1.55 M

The going rate
I remember JRP saying “ I don’t care how much they pay. I am not taking my team to Lincoln.”
Times have changed. They must still pay well and they are not the Huskers of old although I do root for their current coach.
Apparently LA Tech ($1.55M) is getting more than Northern Illinois ($1.2M) is getting for playing NU in the same year.
Northern Illinois will receive $1.2 million for the game in 2023 and $1 million for the 2027 date, per the contract between the schools.
Would be one of the great places to go see your team play. I was told by many USM fans that the NU folks were very knowledgeable and congratulatory
after we beat them in Lincoln and took their money in 2004.
Can we use some of the money and get Skip a membership to TFS program?
