    It is a C-USA crew. Joe Lehring is one of the new full-time C-USA refs this year along with Chris Bynum. Dan Gautreaux and Steve LaMantia are out this year.

    I honestly just did not see Targeting there at all, Late hit maybe, but targeting? Also these color guys flipped from ITS FOR SURE TARGETING to ehh its a 50/50 call lol
