What trio of knuckleheads? Here's a link to a pregame story Cory Diaz wrote only 5 hours ago. Would Diaz go into this much depth in his pre-game story today and not even mention the alleged suspensions?

QBs can go from backup to Super Bowl MVP. Ask Nick Foles.

What is it about LA Tech guys? We let suspensions cost us a CUSA championship in 2014. Are we going to let this happen again?

I understand there's potentially a bigger "thing" to watch for in tomorrow's game, but from what I do know for sure, here's what I'm watching for:
I don't know what the team thinks of Smith, as a teammate, as a leader, as a "rock star," but if they actually like him they will rally around this and play out of their minds, and donkey stomp the Thundering Turd. Seen it before. A team loses a "star" player and the rest of the guys feel a personal responsibility to elevate their game.
But, I have no idea how this will actually affect this bunch. Will Skippy pout about this, or will he be a step-up leader and rally his troops?
