That is why you call witnesses. The Politico article says the “Z” may refer to the guy at Burisma rather than Zelensky. It didn’t say Schiff was a liar.
If Parnas was called to testify and others were called to testify, we wouldn’t have to rely on interpretations by the House/Trump representatives.
That is why we have trials and how all impeachments have been done in the past. What are the Republicans scared of coming out?

In the real world, people don’t rely on the indictment report to prove a crime. They have a trial with witnesses. The indictment and trial are two separate things. If they were the same thing, a trial would be pointless.
Since I know you are smarter than that, I know you are really just being disingenuous. You, too, don’t want to confront ALL of the available evidence of Trump’s guilt. And that is what this comes down to. The House has assembled enough evidence that has already convinced more than half of the Americans that Trump should be removed from office (according to the latest polls). For those still sitting on the fence (or trying, like you, to keep their head in the sand), additional direct evidence from Bolton, Mulvaney and documents being blocked by the POTUS would destroy any other deniability. That is why the Republicans want to keep it hidden from the American people, and that should disturb all Americans.
Everybody knows Trump did nothing wrong and they're sick and tired of listening to the democrat lies. None of the "evidence" the democrats dug up in the house were impeachable offenses. That is all they have is two ambiguous charges that don't hold water. Did you see Trump's lawyer tell off Nadler last night. That was the highlight of the day!!!!

Historically, when facts that were hidden come to light, they have not painted a kind picture of Trump. It is reasonable to suspect that these are no different and that is why Trump and his enablers want to keep these hidden as well.
