Will Sonny Dykes take the Arkansas job? Will Arkansas come open? (Check the Hogs' latest result.)
That's interesting. Would Arkansas give up on Chad Morris this quickly?

It's being discussed pretty widely, both in LR & Fedvuhl.

Arkansas still paying Bret Bielema's buyout ($11.935 million). According to this USA Today article, Bielema will be paid about $320,000 a month until Dec. 31, 2020.

If Arkansas does fire Chad Morris, looks like they will have to pay a lot of money for two fired coaches.

    According to herosports.com

If fired before his contract expires on Dec. 31, 2023, Morris is owed a buyout. "If terminated for convenience by university" occurs before Jan. 1, 2023, he is owed 70 percent of his remaining salary and other compensation. If fired on or after Jan. 1, 2023, he is owed 100 percent of the remaining wage and other compensation. For example, if fired, for simplicity's sake, on Dec. 31, 2019, he is owed $9.8 million (70 percent of $3.5 million over four years).

    Dec. 31, 2019: $9.8 million
    Dec. 31, 2020: $7.35 million
    Dec. 31, 2021: $4.9 million
    Dec. 31, 2022: $3.15 million

Arkansas already paid a $2-million buyout to SMU, therefore if they do fire Morris after this season, they'll have paid more than $20 million (including base salary, other compensation, buyouts, and bonuses) for two seasons of his services.

Arkansas has stopped paying fat boy as he hasn't tried hard enough to find a good job.

That's just insane money to pay a football coach.

A lot of these coaches do not deserve the salary that they are making. Chad Morris is making what? $3.5 Million? and losing. Geez.

As they should be, App St is back in.

We got 25 in the AP and 43 in Coaches.

Maybe next week, but we've never had a better chance to finish the season ranked. Never.

To be back in the top 25.

Bad loss, but had they won they'd be the leading G5 right now. They are truly a good team.

You are using a "close" analogy? How does that apply to App State's two great wins and one bad loss? Nobody is denying the loss was a bad one.

Did you watch them dominate USC last night?
