LOL! Meanwhile, former LA Tech backup QB and current USM QB Jack Abraham was 22 of 34 for 290 yds, 2 TD's and 1 INT passing today, in the Eagles big 36-17 road win over UTSA in the Alamodome. He blew a kiss to "Cool Hand Clyde" today after his last TD pass.
Daddy is knocking on Holtz’s back door again and I don’t mean that back door. Just like that ridiculous comeback from a few years back that we all saw unfolding and couldn’t do anything to stop it... we all see SMiss coming in the back door to win the west.
BTW can you name the player who mishandled the onside kick that contributed to that Tech loss? That’s right ole toke strained fumble fingers himself.

It used to be reported that Bear Bryant said of LSU coach Charlie McClendon - I can beat Charlie with my players, and I can beat Charlie with his players.
Same applies to Bill Clark and Holtz.
UAB had not beaten anyone decent this year, and I guess they still haven’t. They’re not that good. Yet, here we are.

Well, he played. We can’t say that about our fifth-year senior.
He was helped off the field and didn't finish the game.
16-31, 223 yards, 1 TD (68 yards), 1 int, sacked 3 times, 7 rushes for -3.
Not awful. But the competition was tough. Yesterday Abraham was 16 of 31 for 223 yards for the Golden Eagles (7-4, 5-2) with a 60-yard first-quarter TD pass to Tim Jones.
And for the season, Abraham has completed 233 of 343 passes (68%) for 3,147 yds, 18TD's & 11 INT's.
Give it up. You'll never win this argument. LOL!
