Well, I have a picture of a tractor trailer dump that turned over by the softball grandstand, but I can't post it. Looks like it barely missed the grandstand.
That new scoreboard should have been doubled or tripled in size. It looks smaller than the old scoreboard.
I was told this week the field turf preparations will begin this month on both softball and baseball fields.

I'm sure it's just the camera angles, but the Grandstands on the new facility don't look to be as large as the Grandstands on the old facility. (I know, TWSS). Does anybody here know the seating capacity comparisons of the two?
The width of the old and new scoreboard should be around 36 feet. With the addition of the videoboard, the scoreboard is tall vs the older one.
Looking at the facility, I don't see much of chance for seating expansion unless we knock down some of those dorms. The baseball stadium is pretty landlocked. We don't have a lot of available space for significant future improvements.
I absolutely can't wait until we will need to add capacity. Until then. It's about right.

Now somebody will claim we won't have enough seating to host a regional, which is not true.
Agree. It looks like the right capacity for now. With the new digs, it will be a very comfortable spot to watch a ball game.
