So what was the response like? Silence cause no one was there?

The delayed start didn't really lend itself to anything in terms of pregame. Jmar's first drive was so well-executed it just made you sick to your stomach in terms of "what could have been." He was making reads and distributing the ball to a variety of players. Undoubtedly would be hosting the conference championship if the suspensions had been one game instead of two. Oh well....
    Have you considered those Dogs?

It is what it is...all of us need to move forward and hope we get a favorable bowl invite so Skippy can pad his "Bowl" win resume and the rest of us can go to it.

We were very, very, close to a really special season this year. It hasn't even sunk in with most Tech fans yet. LA Tech should be 11-1 right now, ranked in the Top 20 (not just Top 25) and possibly vying for a NY's day bowl. It was really THAT close.

And we were really THAT close to an Orange Bowl bid in 2012 too...that one has sunk in!

I think most fans know that. If you look at the "activity" on this board, you can tell people are leaving like mice from ships. People simply are too apathetic to care anymore. It is hard to be a TECH fan- every single time you think things are going well, it gets screwed up! Normally it isn't the players, but I do ultimately blame Skip for not making sure they passed this time AND for not having anyone ready to step it when he knew they could get hurt or suspended when they failed again.

Haha, it’s not a curse. It’s simply a matter of stupidity or hard headedness which is essentially the same thing. When you fail at the same thing over and over and over again it’s because you (Holtz) are repeating making bad decisions.

Or, alternately ... it could just be because you smoked on the cheeba-cheeba.

I’m revisiting my enormous aggravation with Holtz, JMar and everybody else at Tech who has some ownership in seeing UAB in the conference championship. They’re horrible. Aside from Tech handing them the Western division crown the only reason they’re in it is because they are the conference’s sympathetic favorite.

Those people who failed us should be running laps today.

Holtz had nothing to do with it. Fault the decision makers in the ADM, both athletic and executive.

    Bullshit.

The first test was in September. He had all season to make sure he had another QB ready.

As usual, Holtz fails the critical tests.
