As far as I’m concerned J’Mar is finished because he didn’t give a Rat’s A$$ about the unintended consequences of his actions. If I were coach Holtz...J'Mar is done...finished!!!! Let’s move forward without him because he will not be here next year and give Allen more game experience to prepare for next year. Besides as it is, we are now going to be relegated to a “sub bowl” that we get invited to and another Skippy mediocre Bowl Game win.
Holtz and TM are in a bind if they allow JS to ever play for Tech as a starter again. If he starts, LTAC and season ticket sales for 2020 will be record lows.
All focus should be on developing other QBs with the last game of the season. Let JS dress out for the last game and a bowl game but he should only play mop up duty, if any.

Wrong. We should put ourselves in the best position to play for the conference championship and that means starting J’Mar.
Two edge sword - roll JS out there as a starter and what is left of your boosters and fan base is gone....and TM knows they won’t come back until he is replaced.

Am I giving him a pass? No. But the young man made a mistake that he will have to think about for a long time as it relates to being a team member, being dependable, growing up. Let's hope he has learned from this and will be a better man for it.
IMO J'Mar should play first half of the UTSA game, AA the second half, depending on score.
Hard for fans to make a judgement about J’Mar since few if any really know what the offense was and what priors he already had.

What’s not being taking into consideration here is JMar being off 2 weeks. He shouldn’t have been practicing the last two weeks, so as is typical for him, he will have regressed... just like he did after the bye week. His performance against NTex was not that good. JMar is not as good as some people here tend to give him credit as being. Another factor is the team, does the team want him back? Will they play hard for him? I have my doubts that JMar walking back on the field means a win.
I’m upset with Tech, Holtz and the suspended plays. I feel cheated and disrespected as a contributor to Tech.
Ah, but not practicing with Holtz is actually good! He might actually be better for his first few series.
