I'm quickly moving from annoyance to pity.
Miami’s WR Jeff Thomas is leaving early for the draft and will not be playing in the bowl.
Amik needs a good receiver to match up against. Hope someone on their sidelines has made some plays in previous games.
I looked this guy up and nothing stood out to me as to why he would be declaring early for the draft. Maybe I missed something
Still though, if he was the best they had to offer, I wanted to see Amik go against him rather than their number 2 who becomes #1 by default.
The Bear on College Gameday giving Tech some love. He picked Tech to win Indy Bowl over 6.5 fav Miami. He said that Tech should have been in CUSA Championship. At least we got some positive press from the Bear.. I'll take it.
College Gameday just proved why playing a 6-6 Miami is a bigger deal than the sun belt champion. Corso and Herbstreit picked us, but Desmond Howard and Charles Barkley basically said if Miami cant beat Louisiana Tech they have really big problems. Charles did pick UAB, so he may just need to stick to the NBA.
Well, Charles is a notoriously bad gambler, so I’m feeling pretty good.

I took a 6 month old to Knoxville when we played the Vols about 26 years ago and he didn't make it through the first quarter. That was my last football road trip with kids in tow until he was about 5 years old. I am jealous if yours took it in stride.
That day really blew my "hey, we'll just do the same stuff as always. There will just be three of us from now on" theory!
Corso is senile. Bear is actually a lot more knowledgeable.
Bear spits on the mic...Corso is funny i.e. entertaining.
