Even if we pay these two an additional $75k to $100k annually they still leave....

Purdon't paid 5 ASSISTANT coaches more than we paid Fitch and Diaco COMBINED. 2 CO-OC's, 2 CO-DC's and their Cornerbacks coaches.
Vandy doesn't report pay, so can't compare.
Stop thinking that if we give them $20-40k here that we're keeping them.
Interesting to me that people keep coming after our assistants but no one seems to want to hire Skip away.
There are twice as many coordinator positions out there as head coaching jobs. And whatever it is now, something like 10X as many overall assistants per school, right?
So I'm not sure this really means much.
Reckon why nobody has hired our new OC? He has been available for YEARS.
He has had offers but obviously not the right one yet.
Who offered him and for what position(s)?
I like the guy, but he is a Holtz appendage, not a "great coach". Possibly a great recruiter. Only 17 to 19 year olds can be the judge of that.
I doubt my source would share the information but I do trust him.
Has anybody heard any names for new DC?
He probably just loves Ruston.
