Timeout, 28 seconds left. UNT still leads 49-48, and has the ball with 8 seconds left on shot clock. I predict they work it down low to Simmons.

I think UNT want Bracey with the ball taking the shots for us.
I don't think the damn clock operator started the clock when he was supposed to.
Looks like it was timely by .1 second. But verrry close.
Refs ran fast into the tunnel after announcing that bucket for UNT.
Tech has only themselves to blame. The game should not have been that close. Good defense, but the offense was off.
UNT wins 51-50, in Ruston. It's UNT's first win in Ruston since 1952.
UNT only scored 18 points in the 2nd half, and still won. Just pathetic.
How about Derric Jean? What's up with him? He must have played more than 30 min today, and scored a whopping 4 points. He never went to the free throw line and he was 0-2 from behind the arc. I noticed him passing up a lot of open shots today.
That's one problem right there. Anybody who gets that much playing time HAS GOT to contribute more than 4 pts. That's just sad. If he just wants to watch the game, he can buy a ticket and sit in the stands with the rest of us.
We have a MEDIOCRE coach, and that is being kind. Complained about the pace and yet NEVER pressed. 5.4 seconds left with 2 timeouts and we can only burn 1.3 Seconds???? you have gotta be kidding? Grant McCaslin coached circles around him tonight. His team came in and enforced their will and our guy stood there and took it....
... Richard got ejected today. No threat of that ever happening in Ruston anytime soon...
Tech was behind in most of this game. It did not surprise me at the very end we could not come back and win at the last minute. Congrats to North Texas. Can the Dawgs turn things around? This is a huge setback. I think this is one of those defining moments. Either the Dawgs step up from here or its just another mediocre year.
Another sub 70% FT shooting game. Forget the greenlight to shoot 3's three point competitions. How about a shoot for minutes FT competition.
Somebody in charge needs to tell our band to forget that "Hands Up" fiasco during free throws, it leads to nothing but dead silence in the arena (except for the clang off the rim when our guys miss). I think it actually hinders our guys from making good free throws.
Man, where are the students in the student section? Those who were there looked bored. I sat directly across from them and it was a sad sight.
