What do you mean 7 other people died in the crash? I just want to laugh at the whole charade.

it was sidewalk chalk. It was going to rain the next day. "problem" solved.

If someone had drawn a state-T, would that have been washed away, even though it was "random graffiti"?

No, some Twitter comments were accusing Tech of being racist for washing it off. I am simply stating that it is a shame that someone decided to put it on Twitter instead of going to the SGA or Tech Admin to get clarity and then discuss changing the rule or designsting an area of campus where this is permitted.

It's a big nothing burger. Not exactly front page news. I wouldn't have known about it if not for this thread.

Brilliant idea! Problem solved, not that it was really ever a problem.

My feelings as well. Stupid to post to Twitter. And definitely race baiting to assume washing it off was racist imho.

I still say the easiest thing to have done was leave it alone since it rained the next three days...

Why even put yourself in that position when EVERYONE these days is a walking reporter, complete with video equipment
    ''Don't be a bad dagh..."

yeah, a lot of people are just looking for anything to raise a stink about. Petty stuff that once was just shrugged off and griped at under your breath is now an issue that upsets the very sensitive. They are looking for anything to bitch about. Snowflakes that have been tempered to react in this manner. It is the pathetic times we live in, I guess.
