Wife and I drove to Houston this past weekend to visit my son and daughter in law. Had a great time visiting, drove to Galveston and saw many people on the beach, social distancing etc. Went to dinner at Millers, socially distancing at tables. No issues.
Lol! Wikipedia is your source?
Actually, it was not more source, but I thought it would be basic enough for you to understand.
Here is a good article on known superspreading events (of which the meat packing facilities are just one example).

Another California Sheriff that won't enforce the lockdown..quote:
“That is my position. We do not stop the public to find out what they’re doing when they’re not sheltering in place. We don’t ask those questions, we don’t ask if they’re ‘essential’. We’ve got our hands full trying to re-arrest people that are released due to zero-dollar bail. So we’ve got other things that are on our mind that are more important than stopping normally law-abiding citizens.
