New Zealand is seeing a surge too. It is effectively an island and they have control of who enters. They had some rather strict mandates, went 100 days without any new cases, but now, Bam! What I heard was they can't figure out why this happened. I assume, w/o actually knowing, they relaxed some of their mandates...maybe?

In fact I would doubt this is how Hawaii and New Zealand mention above just got hit after months of nothing. Maybe it’s in a product purposefully from and made in China the FDA etc.. hasn’t pinpointed yet. Heaven knows China would have its eyes in those two regional areas to attack for sure.

I've watched that Rt live site and they change the number from previous days all the time. Texas was well below 1 for a long time and then suddenly they were at 1 or above 1 for the same period.
