Anyone shopped there. Getting mixed feedback from some we know who have shopped there. Felt they were rude and didn’t give the same deals as other dealers within a couple of hours drive.
Thoughts?

I never negotiate vehicle purchases in person. Always over email and always working multiple dealers for the same vehicle.
You can probably find threads on VWVortex where folks discuss the prices they paid for your model of interest.
The VW dealers, like most, get paid by the manufacturers to sell the car, so they make profit even when they sell it to you at “Dealers Invoice.”
You should decide how much profit the dealer should take and find a dealer that is willing to do that deal.
I had no problem doing that even when buying the limited (500 made) launch edition of the MK VII Golf R.
Great info, thanks Guiss.
We had an Odessey. She liked the Pilot until it started looking too much like a minivan.
What is wrong with a minivan? Sliding doors are so much more functional.
