We played better than last time but lost composure down the stretch. Seems like the guys lost their edge on the defensive end and it also impacted their poise on offense. Maybe I'm crazy but I want us to play them again in Frisco.

This is not on the players, it's on the coach. Obvious fouling situation, do you throw it in to Archibald (80.0% f.t. avg.) or Ledoux (81.3% f.t. avg.) or to Bracey (53.1% f.t. avg.) ??
We will never win anything that matters as long as Eric Konkol is the head coach. Absolutely no killer instinct. I think he's afraid he may offend someone. Five straight years with nothing to show, and the beat goes on!
at least we don’t have to worry about that NIT NONSENSE anymore
an aggressive coach with a suffocating defense would never blow a 16 point lead with 3 minutes left. how do 7 guys have enough energy left to overcome that deficit? hint. they weren’t too taxed for the first 37 minutes.
I thought we came out and played very aggressively for the most part. It was a good strategy and well executed. There were several little things down the stretch that lead to the loss: Not crisp passing on the perimeter; not closing out on the 3; silly foul away from the goal; missed free shots at the rim and from the line. We can say it was Konkol's fault, but it sure looked like player mishaps to me. They needed and used every one of those mishaps to tie the game in regulation.

Do we get extra Title IX credits for having Konkol as our HC?
Basketball is no different than any other Tech sport...average.
Not the worst, not the best.
We are the annual 4th place team in every sport. (Sans WBB which has now become the worst.)
