Last time to express appreciation to Daria and Grayson for choosing Louisiana Tech. I hope they'll always cherish their time and friends here and find much success and happiness in their future.
A win by us today or a loss bu UTSA to UAB seals us in the conference tournament. We need one win or one UTSA loss the rest of the season to make it.

Playing well, shooting well, 5/7 threes, over 50% total. Rice's 6 ft 9 Mulkey back for them after missing several games with an injury. Good energy by the Techsters. Made the tournament with UTSA loss today.

Overtime
Lost 73,-60, outscored by 23 in last 11 minutes (6 min game, 5 overtime)
Disappointing but we might get another crack at them in 2 weeks.
Hit 2/17 threes after 5/7 first half. In the tournament but currently last (14) seed. We played hard, pleased with the hustle and effort.
That was a great effort... I know they team has to be really disappointed in the outcome, but if we play that hard from here on out, it just goes to show you that we CAN beat some of the top teams in the conference. It was like we just don't know how to win against teams that keep fighting to the end. We had them on the rocks for almost the entire game.
