I like this one. I wish it was a MWC team we had a history with (Fresno), but I am going to start saving for a trip to San Diego! Also, maybe an 80th birthday present for DS65.

SDSU is often ranked in the Top 25. Can't say that'll be the case when we play 'em, but it's a possibility. San Diego State would not be at, or near, the top of my wish list for Tech football opponents, but all things considered, this ain't a bad scheduling deal.
I was home ported in the Navy in San Diego. I love San Diego! Great city! My last visit there was 2016. It has grown immensely since I was there in the early 1970's, but still a beautiful city.
Will we need a passport by then?
This should also be an attractive road trip for our recruits and players. Hey, it's San Diego, for goodness sake. I like it. And I especially like the H-H aspect of it.
