Looks like state-sponsored propaganda. Similar to what China was pushing out, but could also be Iranian or Russian.
Early on I saw somewhere...probably on FB, so I assumed it was all BS...something about the North Carolina connection. I might have even posted about it here, I don't remember. Guess I could look it up.
