I've already paid for my season tickets! What's the status of CUSA and Tech games? I live in Texas but haven't heard a damn thing...what's the word?
Well, ESPN seems to think that this guy is a world beater. Against LA Tech in the Indy Bowl, he had 3 solo tackles, 2 assists, including 1.5 sacks. Funny, but I don't remember his name being called a lot.

Our 14 point margin was the biggest defeat for the Canes last year. They lost a bunch of close games, like 24-20 to Florida.
As for the game, their defense was not the problem for the Canes that night. Our defense won the Indy Bowl by playing lights out and pitching a shutout. Their defense played well enough to win, but got nothing from their O.
ULM just lost their week 1 opponent.
I think it is - Replace the UNLV game w/ Monroe and Vandy w/ UL-L. With most FCS conferences cancelling/postponing their season to Spring, the Southland may follow suit - so we'd lose the Houston Baptist game. However, I could see SLC playing in the Fall to pick up their guarantee checks.
There are literally a lot of moving parts to consider. Baylor is waiting to see the final Big 12 schedule, but they are on record as saying IW or us would have to move the game to September 12th, which would be hard to impossible for us as we play USM that date. IW also currently has a conference game that day. Another factor is I would think the SLC is going to move to the spring with the Big Sky Conference news. The Big Sky announcement meant their is no FCS championship this fall, as too many of their conferences have moved to the spring. So what might happen is all FCS conferences movie to the spring and play a championship then. Bye bye Houston Baptist in that case.
Conference USA will begin play on September 12, with the regular scheduled conference games. Schools can add up to four nonconference games. https://conferenceusa.com/news/2020/...l-updates.aspx
A little comic reprieve as the SEC released what two additional teams each team will play.
Bad day for the Missouri Tigers. Alabama at home, LSU on the road. Add to that scheduled games with Georgia and Florida the Tigers are in for some good old fashioned butt whippings this year.
