As expected for a few days the Big Ten is coming back. If we are to be ranked this season, we better make it happen quick. I am sure the voters are itching to vote for the Big Ten schools.

C-USA will probably lose a few good TV opportunities as well. Luckily they have FOX & BTN to fill, so we may have opportunities if we play well.

Yeah probably so after the first week of results anyway. CUSA is last in the oecking order and deservedly so. Although Marshall has a chance to make some noise nationally this week with a win over a nationally ranked Appy State team. That could raise the conference profile a little. If Marshall and someone else stays unbeaten that could make for a big game later in the season for CUSA.
No doubt. Millions of dollars at stake. Plus they would get hammered by the ACC and Big 12 (and possibly the AAC) for years to come in recruiting, as current players were bashing the conference. Not to mention giving the SEC even more ammo. This was survival mode.
Agree with those saying the Big 10 messed-up, thinking they were the big dog and everyone would follow their lead. When most of the rest of the country just shrugged it off, and started playing, the Big 10 realized they ain't all they thought they were. The MAC and the PAC 12 will probably follow suit soon.
Oh, not that it ever really had much of chance, but this kills spring football. Oh, poor ole ODU...
