Wow that's a great view. Text book on how to disburse a crowd. Note how they must have continual pressured the center point of the guard rails until the police were forced to react.
That is why they are demanding the textbook to be rewritten. This is not how free countries should deal with protestors.
No you should just let them take over 7 blocks of a city. I'd be amazed if this was the first response they thought of. I imagine they asked them to move back again and again and again.

104 People Shot, 14 Fatally in Chicago over Father's Day Weekend. More people died in 3 days in Chicago than the unarmed shootings by Police in all of 2019. One of the deaths was a 3 yo boy. Where is CNN?? Where is MCNBC?? Where is Rev Sharpton?? Surely BLM Leadership is ready to march through South Chicago to protest this violence and make it stop?? I watched the news at the beginning segment of the Today show this morning for 20 minutes. No where was this mentioned. They talked about Covid, Bolton's book, Nascar noose incident, Trump's Tulsa attendance numbers, How to sell things to make extra money, but nothing about shootings in Chicago, Seattle CHAZ zone, or Minneapolis.

As I mentioned a statue of U.S. Grant has been defaced, probably because the low-IQ know-nothings in Antifa thought he must be "one of dem racist civil war CON-feder-ets!" They don't know anything about anything. Also, a statue of John Whittier was vandalized. He was a 19th Century poet/writer and a staunch anti-slavery abolitionist. Now, he was obviously someone 21st century blacks, and their goofy white libtard friends, should have a beef with, eh! Stooooooooooooooooopid!
Thanks to our education (make that indoctrination) system, reading, writing, arithmetic, civics, and history are either not taught or are being taught incorrectly. So we now have a generation or more that is mostly ignorant of this country's founding history and governmental structure.
The statement that "Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it" has never been truer than right now.
The whole "woke" movement is a cult. Education is irrelevant to a cult....indoctrination and violent retribution for non-believers is the flavor of the day now.
