It is a shame, and scary, how the Left has infiltrated the FBI and some other agencies. I don't trust the FBI and certainly not the DOJ. It was corrupted years ago, probably reaching this level of subversion under obummer. The Left is winning. They seized control of the schools decades ago. And now they are gobbling up law enforcement and even the military.

I have a feeling...a sad, sickening feeling, that the January 6th event is only a preview of coming attractions. Only, much worse. Either that or we all submit to having a hammer & cycle tatooed on our foreheads to show we are good commie bastards...just like they are.
The FBI learned they were bulletproof after the Waco debacle. Instead of arresting a guy when he left the compound, they chose to be jack-booted jerks and storm the place in military fashion. Both the left and right came to their defense. The left saw a useful idiot they could use indiscriminately to perpetrate violence against citizens that don't hold their political opinions and stand in the way of them amassing power, so they went about stacking the bureaucracy with political shills.

    And here we are!

Let’s just change and coverup every sin of mankind. Talk about satanic and “end of days” prophecy……pro-choice…..lusting after children is now OK per left experts…….coveting the middle class to wealthy’s money and trying to take it is just fine…..constant lying by the regressive left politicos is totally ok if it ideologically fits the Uber leftist ……and now stealing/looting term is offensive or they are owed the goods they steal?

I’ve stated before that once you decide that killing unborn babies is not killing; your will do and believe anything.

'Experts' blasted for cautioning against use of term 'looting' to describe large-scale California thefts
'People don't need help understanding looting.’

Critics reacted strongly to claims by "experts" Monday that use of the term "looting" to describe recent large-scale thefts from retail stores in California could be associated with people of color and therefore shouldn't be used.

According to the local ABC affiliate for the Bay Area, the California Penal Code didn't allow for the use of the term "looting" to describe the thefts involving large groups of people because, it claimed, the definition didn't match the act as defined by law. It also cited two individuals it referred to as "experts," who described the term as being reminiscent of Black people and people of color being associated with the act of looting.

"According to the California Penal Code, what we saw was not looting," it wrote. "The penal code defines looting as ‘theft or burglary...during a ‘state of emergency,’ ‘local emergency,’ or ‘evacuation order’ resulting from an earthquake, fire, flood, riot or other natural or manmade disaster.'"

The affiliate cited Lorenzo Boyd, a professor of criminal justice and community policing at the University of New Haven, and a retired veteran police officer, who described the term through a racial lens.

"Looting is a term that we typically use when people of color or urban dwellers are doing something. We tend not to use that term for other people when they do the exact same thing," he told the affiliate.

Pass the buck time. I don't blame the junior prosecutor who doubled the bail from $500 to $1000 as much as I blame the idiot who set $500 bail in the first place for the double-digit repeat offender. Minimum bail needed at least a couple of extra zeros on the end.

Bail for any person committing a violent act should never be lower than…………what? I don’t know, but $25,000 for a first offense seems right. Increase by 50% for each subsequent charge.

I wish that was applied to everyone.. There are many people from Jan 6th who are only charged with a misdemeanors who have been denied bail.. Many for just walking around the capitol..

None of them acted violently from all the video we have seen. Shouldn’t have any bail required at all.
