    Terrorism

That's what we are witnessing. Nobody will call it that (not PC), but when those trying to collect damages are denied because they did not check the TRIA box it will be even more devastating for business owners.

The original Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (TRIA) defines a certified act of terrorism for the purposes of that Act to be
a violent act or an act that is dangerous to (I) human life; (II) property; or (III) infrastructure; (iii) to have resulted in damage within the United States, or outside of the United States in the case of-- (I) an air carrier or vessel described in paragraph (5)(B); or (II) the premises of a United States mission; and (iv) to have been committed by an individual or individuals acting on behalf of any foreign person or foreign interest, as part of an effort to coerce the civilian population of the United States or to influence the policy or affect the conduct of the United States Government by coercion.

    Re: Terrorism

Lara Logan did a report showing the professional agitators spurring on the crowds. They are paid by Soros' organization, trained as terrorists, and are equipped with state-of-the-art communications. They have vehicles decked out with electronics, looking like those tornado chasers. Only these scumbags are dispatched to cities to stir up crowds and orchestrate violence and vandalism.

That said, it doesn't mean that people have to listen to them, follow their urgings. If you want to see who the lowest lowlifes, pieces of chit are in this country...well...just watch the newscast of these riots. Just because some paid terrorist shouts at you to bust out windows, steal TVs, set something on fire doesn't mean you have to. These thugs don't need much encouragement.

Of course, you notice how you don't see any Dem politicians condemning the violence and destruction. They are loving it! Pelosi/Schumer/Biden et al have been pushing the hyped virus "crisis" for the sole purpose of wrecking the economy, and now they have been handed a gift...more destruction of small businesses. You also notice there has been ZERO concern for the lack of social distancing in these crowds. Oh, some are wearing masks....how convenient for the criminals...but we've been HOUNDED for months that wearing masks is not enough. If it were then no businesses would have needed to be shut down.

It is so obvious that evil, anti-American forces are at work here. Goosey is loving it too...just ask him. It's all Trump's fault!!!

“and (iv) to have been committed by an individual or individuals acting on behalf of any foreign person or foreign interest”?

    Is that a requirement?

Just saw an interview with the owners of a restaurant that was destroyed during these lefist riots. They are blacks. Most of the businesses damaged/destroyed by these thugs are either owned by blacks or managed by blacks and now, just as we were emerging from the great virus crisis hoax, more economic damage to those who could least afford it.

Hooray for all those seeking "justice" for a killed felon. Good job!

Note: NO!!! I do not think George Floyd deserved to be killed for counterfieting. You serve time in federal prison for that, you are not executed. And yes, he did serve time in prison for his past felonies. One would think, he served his time and was moving on with his life...yeah, right up to the moment he tried to pass a counterfeit bill in a store. The incident should not have happened and that police officer for sure, and probably the other three as well, should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But, puhleeeze, spare me the grief for poor ole George Floyd. He was a criminal...period.

"Protestors" broke into and looted an Apple store in Portland. In Minneapolis, looters broke into a dry cleaning store and started taking as much laundry as they could carry. One reporter asked one of the looters why, and he said "because". The reporter said, "You are stealing from your neighbors, doesn't that bother you?". reply was "No".

One protestor said that now there is nothing left, (I guess because they burned or looted it all) and said that they will be coming out to the suburbs next.. Good luck with that.

The suburbs typically have much more conservative municipal governments than those urban cities do. They'll put a stop to it.

Where's the national guard and military in all this? I can only presume that the state governors don't want these parties involved?

national guards can be activated by their individual governors. The military does not need to be involved unless there is a clearly defined national purpose. Posse Comitas is a great law that does not need to be abridged. Declaring Antifa a domestic terrorist organization might do the trick though.

You don’t know if the death in Minnesota or Georgia had anything to do with race.

Just think about this situation for a moment - what are the odds that if you pulled some cash out of your wallet and paid with a bill that turned out to be counterfeit that YOU would have had an encounter with a police officer?

So, it has somehow been proven that Floyd did not know the bill was counterfeit?

As for if anyone used a counterfeit bill would they have an encounter with police...I would say Yep! and I would hope so.

That is not even the point. Why assume he was guilty? How could we know, or how could the police have known?

If you don’t see the problem, you are part of the problem.

That is what Van Jones was saying that you guys were agreeing with earlier.
