The jury is not asked to render an opinion on the character (or lack of it) of the defendant but to look at the facts as presented by both sides. The witnesses, many of them victims of Maxwell, testified to her involvement. Guilty as charged.
She's gonna be murdered anyway...oh, excuse me, commit suicide.
It never ceases to amaze how open and shut cases can get so screwed up by prosecutorial/judicial misconduct or downright incompetence.
