I think LEOs should be taking careful aim and plunking as many of those assholes as possible. But, in the case of the journalist, I KNOW it was a stray bullet that happened to hit him.

Apparently, law enforcement personnel have been permanently blinded by rioters' lasers. Is that true?Maybe the rioters should returnto being peaceful protestors. Oregon State police have pulled out of Portland due to DA refusing to prosecute any of the rioters including those with felonys.. The state pd said that they could better use their resources in other places where people want law and order.
