Illegal Alien Brothers Charged with Stabbing Man to Death in Arkansas

A pair of illegal alien brothers have been charged with stabbing a man to death in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Breitbart News has learned.

Gaspar Gaspar Andres, a 36-year-old illegal alien, and Pascual Gaspar Andres, a 26-year-old illegal alien, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder this month after local police say they stabbed a man to death.

On March 14, police were called to the scene of a fight where 32-year-old Miguel Ruiz Ruiz was injured and lying in a pool of his own blood on the ground of a residence. An affidavit states that Ruiz seemingly had multiple stab wounds to his body.

An eyewitness said she saw one of the Andres brothers fighting with Ruiz outside before the other brother ran out to help drag the man into a residence. Shortly thereafter, the eyewitness said she saw the Andres brothers run out of the residence shirtless and speed off in a vehicle.

The Andres brothers, the eyewitness said, left the door of the residence open. That is when the eyewitness said she and her boyfriend went to check on Ruiz and found him on the bathroom floor bleeding to death.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency confirmed to Breitbart News that the Andres brothers are illegal aliens from Guatemala. One has been stopped for traffic violations before while the other has no known criminal history.

Now, the Andres brothers are facing life in prison and are being held in Garland County, Arkansas, without bail.

Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick appeared on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News show and relayed some troubling news to guest host Brian Kilmeade.

Joe Biden’s border crisis had spiraled so far out of control that some of the nearly 19,000 kids being held in cages reported incidents of sexual assault that are being ignored because the guards are so overwhelmed.

Patrick relayed how the Texas Governor’s office just sent in the Texas Rangers to investigate the Biden administration shamefully throwing children to the wolves.

“[T]onight, Brian, we just sent the Texas Rangers in . . . to the facility in San Antonio. Because we got complaints to state agencies that there’s no supervision. Because they don’t have enough people there. They can’t get volunteers. There’s sexual assault going on between these teenagers in this — this is the call that we got today, several calls, they’re not being fed properly, they have kids with COVID that aren’t being separated.”

Border Patrol agents in Texas discover 18 adults, 2 kids hiding under a truck's trailer boards
Agent says 'smuggling attempts like these have a high potential to turn deadly'


Border Patrol agents stopped a trailer at a border checkpoint in Texas and discovered 18 adults crammed in a space under the boards and two children stuffed into a side panel.

Chief Patrol Agent Austin Skero of the Del Rio Sector tweeted photos of the illegal immigrants packed in the trailer so tight they were nearly lying atop one another with barely room to move.

Most of them held their arms down along their body to make more room in the space that appeared to be no more than 18 inches deep.

Tarps and bags were on the bed of the trailer to conceal the immigrants hiding underneath.

Another photo showed the children – ages 10 and 15 – jammed into a container barely big enough to hold them.

Skero said canines on Monday alerted officers to the trailer and an inspection uncovered the adults "trapped under the trailer boards."


"With temperatures on the rise, smuggling attempts like these have a high potential to turn deadly," he said.

It wasn’t clear where the migrants were traveling from.

The Biden administration is scrambling to respond to a surge of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from Mexico, Central America, and elsewhere crossing into the US.

The federal government is housing thousands of unaccompanied minors in temporary shelters, along with permanent border detention facilities, and has used some military bases and convention centers to accommodate many more.

Joe Biden Now Describes Migrant Rush on the Border as a ‘Crisis’

President Joe Biden finally described the rush of unaccompanied minor migrants to the border as a “crisis” on Saturday, despite himself and members of his administration previously refusing to use the word to describe the situation.

Biden spoke to reporters about the border crisis after a round of golf at the Delaware Country Club on Saturday.

He commented on the crisis as he explained why he reversed his position on raising the caps set by former President Donald Trump on refugees.

“The problem was that the refugee part was working on the crisis that ended up on the border with young people,” he said to reporters. “We couldn’t do two things at once. But now we are going to increase the number.”

Preliminary data shows more than 18,500 unaccompanied children crossed the border in March, 60 percent more than the previous record of 11,494 in May 2019.

In March, Biden denied the flood of migrants coming to the Southern border was a crisis.

“No,” he replied when a reporter asked him if it was a crisis. “We’ll be able to handle it. God willing.”

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas also said the border situation was not a crisis.

“I think the answer is no,” Mayorkas said when asked by a reporter if there was a crisis on the border. “I think there is a challenge at the border that we are managing, and we have our resources dedicated to managing it.”

In March, White House press secretary Jen Psaki corrected herself after she referred to the problems at the border as a “crisis.”

“Challenges on the border,” she said when asked by a reporter if the administration had changed its view of the crisis.
