    Here! Here!

Ryan Higgins, who I admittedly had reservations about, had an awesome senior season. I always enjoy admitting when I am wrong...since it happens so rarely, it's a treat!...and especially so when I have a negative opinion about Tech or a Tech player/coach and have to correct it later. I so enjoyed watching Higgins rip opposing defenses to shreds, culminating with the exciting win over Navy in the Armed Forces Bowl.

I would take another Higgins-like QB season again...especially after suffering the past three years.

Heck, I will even go so far as to say I would settle for a Colby Cameron Sr-season.

I'm really not asking for too much...

Westin Elliot made our DBs look really good in practices.. that’s about it.

Well.....we know now that our DB's WERE really good. At least three of them --Xavier Woods, Amik Robertson & L'Jarius Sneed-- are employed in the NFL today.

Add me to the "long" list of Higgins doubters who were overjoyed with his play in his final season (especially as compared to his earlier seasons). And you know what, Cody Sokol and Jeff Driskel were pretty good QBs while at Tech as well. I never did feel comfortable with J'Mar Smith at QB. You just never knew when he was going have a terrible play, and it seems he was quick to blame his fellow players instead of taking any of the blame himself.

Thank you Bulldog Tom, but with COVID-19 keeping me at home most of the time and being retired, my sleep schedule is pretty messed up.

So, do ya'll think we'll know who QB1 is before the first play from scrimmage? I don't see Skip using a QB by committee, but then 2020 has been full of surprises so nothing would surprise me at this point. I'm just big-time hoping we'll at least play this weekend.

I think Holtz will start Allen, but I don't think he'll show his cards until Allen jogs on the field to take the first snap.

You never know when one of your QB's is gonna test positive, so maybe QB by committee may be the way to go this year. You stand a greater chance this year of losing your QB at game time than any time ever in previous years.

I tend to agree with what you are saying here, at least the first month.

Smoking weed after knowing a test in coming is the main cause of losing QBs, not China Virus.
