I sure hope this works better than the two sports apps they trotted out in the last few years.
This is going to be interesting for those that don't do computers, can't text, and don't do the internet. I am guessing they will end up mailing some out, even if it is white tickets that are printed out in their office. I know my parents would not be able to access their tickets unless we set it up for them.
Fans will be able to access both single game and season tickets through the Louisiana Tech Athletics app, am.ticketmaster.com/latech, or their email. Ticket purchases will take place online, and fans can immediately transfer their tickets to friends and family. There is also a print-at-home option for fans without a smartphone through their online account and email.
How about the parking passes?

If you don't know password, you can easily reset it.
You can print or use your phone at the gate.
Parking passes are available online now. However, the Rice game was missing and the UTEP game read HBU when I printed.

I've had the app for a week and looked at the stats during the USM game with no problems. I just went in to deal with tickets.
The menu screen showing tickets and parking passes was blank if I hit the Home icon. And it kept disappearing when I completely swiped right. Finally caught it just right on a partial swipe and got inside the tickets area. 8 tickets but no parking pass. Transferred 4 tickets to that person. Now the menu screen is blank no matter what I do. Well, it flashes for a second before going blank if I hit the home icon
Guess I call them in the morning. Everybody better check this out before Saturday. Hope someone in the ticket office or admin sees this tonight.
OS is fully updated Android 8.1.0.

I was able to find my tickets following sportdawag's link https://am.ticketmaster.com/latech/#/ to the website and logging in there instead of using the app. But no parking pass.

I would not be surprised if the concession stands are closed. Also not allowed to bring anything into the stadium either.
