He is exactly the type of candidate that should be on our short list. But I have little faith in our leadership going in that direction. Hopefully I will be surprised.

It's possible he learns what he needs to there.

Which is why we should be hiring FROM that position, not from FCS.

^^^THIS! We need an injection of energy and excitement in our fan base. Someone who's going to drink the Kool Aid and make YOU drink it too.

The most successful AD we've had at doing this was Derek Dooley. He got things done! All the construction and improvements that we've completed over the past 10 years was started by Derek Dooley. He had a vision, and he wasn't afraid to tell Tech's leadership when they had fallen behind. We need somebody with those characteristics.
