I know. If you know you are being asked to insure someone with diabetes, you aren’t dealing with the uncertainty of whether they may develop diabetes.

Hypocrisy? Perhaps you should capture and drink your tears from a red solo cup.

No tears here, just answering the question with what is a very obvious answer.

There are only two more providers in NELA. One of them does not offer 2 person groups.

Blue Cross or Vantage for small groups. (Less than 50)

Yep, and the insurance company has tons of data on how much a typical diabetes patient will spend on drugs and treatment over a lifetime, or at certain stages, whatever. Then they will factor that in, calculate the finances of it, and charge what they think is a reasonable premium/deductible.

Why stop there? They could genetically test you to figure out all sorts of diseases you are more likely to get. That way they could really make the costs more appropriate for each customer.

As I said in my earlier post, there is hypocrisy on both sides, but democrats whining about it is kind of funny since they are the undisputed champions of it. Regarding filling the SC seat in an election year, Sleepy Joe was against it, then he was for it, now he’s against it. It’s all about who’s in control.

Ya see, now you're thinking. I don't know that the science is reliable enough to make such predictions accurate. But, I suppose the insurance companies would just err on the side of caution, cover their bases.

Every other type of INSURANCE product uses the law of large numbers. Don't take care of your house, you pay more. Drive like a fool or have a bunch of teenage drivers, you pay more. Don't take care of your self or have an unfortunate illness, you pay more. NOPE! Not anymore. You are rewarded.

BTW, type II diabetes can be reversed. Ever hear the left begging people to eat properly?

I believe it was the left that pushed for the extra large soda ban.

Somebody pissed her off over a donation. She and Hillary have that same issue. They both need to go for a walk.

Good one. I've never checked out Trump's ass while he is walking up a flight of stairs, but I'm pretty sure Hillary nor Michelle have ever climbed a flight of stairs. They do look heavy going down a flight though.
