It just doesn't follow past fun (but baseless) speculation. Some teams have cancelled that would likely have lost. But some have cancelled when they likely would have won. Or had the usual odds. Some have been road games, others have been home games. Many have been rescheduled (but some can't). Some have been rescheduled/cancelled due to the schools making the call, but others seemingly would have preferred to play but the conference rules shut them down (or state or local rules).
Occam's razor tells me it's just 2020 and COVID.
