A Detroit ballot processor testified before a Michigan legislative hearing on Thursday that she was intimidated and harassed by supervisors after she refused to backdate absentee ballots and accept others that violated state law on Election Night.

Jessy Jacob, a 34-year Detroit city worker, told a hearing of the state’s Senate Oversight Committee that she was instructed by election officials on the morning of Nov. 4 to enter ballots as received by Nov. 2 knowing they had been received after the 9 p.m. deadline on Nov. 3, Election Day. Her refusal drew reprisals, she said.

''They treated me like a criminal, humiliated me, harassed me,'' Jacob said in her witness statement sitting beside Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, campaign lawyers for President Donald Trump. ''It was so bad.''

The Trump campaign has filed lawsuits contesting election results in several states and is lobbying state legislatures to invoke their authority to select electors to the Electoral College.

Well, to be fair, it's not like that crack Trump team is full of the brightest or quickest minds in the world. They're not doing too well overall. Certainly it's possible that someone else reported the situation, it was looked into and the Trump team is running with something completely debunked as not fraud. Nevada--judge reviewing affidavits with evidence of far more fraudulent ballots than needed to change outcome.

Wisconsin--Wisconsin Supreme Court sent case back to circuit court only because it declined to take original jurisdiction. Far more than enough unrequested absentee ballots (requests are required) to change outcome. WI Chief Justice issued statement refuting claims that the case was sent back because it has no merit.

Georgia--addendum to existing lawsuit filed using the evidence shown in the Georgia Senate subcommittee hearing today. Almost certainly more than enough ballots just in the four suitcases to change outcome even without other alleged fraud as evidenced with sworn affidavits.

Pennsylvania--SCOTUS will almost certainly be taking this case to due clear violations of the Pennsylvania Constitution. Political PA Supreme Court wouldn't (couldn't) rule on the merits (because it would expose the entire mail-in ballot system as unconstitutional).

And those don't include activity in Michigan and Arizona.

It's hard to take seriously anything that leads with "LSM." I know they're popular here, but I grew out of the silly Ditto-head corny nicknames in like 8th grade. When I read "democraps" or "Killary" I kind of tune out because it usually means the substance of the argument is gone and we're just calling names (that we heard on talk radio and aren't particularly biting or funny or creative) and probably rehashing talking points from someone who gets paid to rile people up.

The LSM scorecard is literally just the decisions in the court cases. I know they file 4 more for every one that is tossed out (often with pretty harsh words from the Republican judges and election officials involved about how baseless the whole thing clearly was from the beginning), but the reporting from the credible news sources (LSM?) is just reporting of facts. Is OAN telling you that these cases were victories for the Trump cause? Because it seems pretty black and white regardless of who is doing the reporting (or should be).

If the (more accurate?) media you're following is telling you he's winning they're just flat wrong. If they're telling you that "well, he lost the first 40, but wait until you see this next one that they've been saving" then I think you're being misled but we'll see. But the track record is what it is (grift). Baseless cases meant to sow doubt and make money for the attorneys/set up media deals afterwards but enraging the base (irresponsibly).

We have an appeals process, and we have a Supreme Court, so sure any given case can be pushed as far as the system will let it go. But they've dropped a ton of these (because, as they already knew and then had confirmed by a judge or election official, and often a Republican one, the filings were baseless).

I don't know who counts as LSM or not. But there are a number of conservative media outlets who see through this stuff. The ones that keep pushing it are doing so for financial reasons.
