No full-blown raid yet? I'm sure the Department of Just Us hasn't checked Jill's intimates drawer.

Revealed that Jimmy Carter had classified documents at his Plains, Georgia home after he left office in 1981. It was Carter who signed the Presidential Documents Retention Policy into law in 1978, not slated to go into effect until AFTER Carter was out of office, which he assumed would be 1985. Carter wanted the law to apply to future prezzes, not him. Typical. An aide, not wanting to be identified, has provided evidence of classified documents Carter has held. It can be argued that the law does not apply to him, but it certainly does in spirit.

Thus far no classified documents, they shouldn't have, have been connected to Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush I, Klinton, or obummer. A former obummer aide, in a magnanimous show of understanding, said there is a lot of chaos and confusion in the closing days of an administration and it is understandable if some documents are packed by aides by mistake.

But, I ask, why is there so much chaos? A POTUS in his second term knows for years that the day will come when he is to leave, and a POTUS expecting a second term but not re-elected has two months to prepare for departure. Sorry, I don't buy it.

Will the FBI raid Jimmy Carter's peanut farm!?

2022 inflation was 6.3%, the highest in 40 years.

GDP was a woefully stagnant 1% "growth," worst since 2007-08 during the financial meltdown.

    Good job Joe!
