Cue the morons who will now post that Trump would have things worse. Yeah, right.

LOL! I caught the Biden disease! He said something like 350 million Americans die from gun violence EVERY year! Of course, with his illegal immigration policy it may be possible to replenish 350 million every year!

I would like to say I posted that on purpose just to see if any of you are paying attention, and apparently you are, but nope! It was just a brain-fart on my part.

    Re: President Biden

Speaking of Biden, just read an article on MarketWatch on the state of America and our economy. Not a pretty picture.

MarketWatch is a non-partisan publication (on-line) and focuses mostly on hot stock tips, general market news, and news/information on the economy. They are an "equal opportunity" critic of any and all caught in their crosshairs. This article blasted Bush, obummer, and Trump on growing the national debt and added that Biden is doing so on steroids! Considering what Biden, mostly via his EO's, has committed the US government/taxpayers to cover, he has set a record for the most national debt rung up in one year in all of US history. Even if Biden et al were to turn off the spigot for the remaining three years (absolutely won't happen, of course) Biden would still be in the top 10 debters in POTUS history for a full 4-year term.

Worse! the article went on to blast, no annihilate! Biden for "hollowing out the US economy." To drive home the point visually the article had a photo of an abandoned factory, an old, crumbling brick structure left to rot empty. A striking image that captures the real damage being done to our once thriving nation. And, as most of us know, the only reason we are not seeing adverse effects (yet) is because under Trump's leadership the US economy had elevated itself to #1 in the world again (after obummer dragged us down to no better than 4th) and put distance between us and the 2nd biggest economy, China.

This is like a basketball game when the previous coach left at halftime with the team up 25 points and now early in the 2nd half that lead, under Coach Sleepy Joe, is down to 6 points and we are struggling. The morons who supported the hiring of Coach Sleepy Joe are pointing to the scoreboard and saying, look! we are still in front and Coach Sleepy Joe is an adult! (I added this part, wasn't in the MarketWatch article).

The US economy is holding on...by its fingernails in some industries...and can recover provided we got some real leadership again, instead of the joke now in charge in DC. Inflation, the Fed looking at 3 or 4 rate hikes, the supply chain crisis, the employment crisis, the illegal immigration crisis, Chicoms threatening Taiwan, Putin threatening Ukraine, a resurgence of moooslim terrorism (how long has it been since I used that term? probably well over 2 years!) a stock market bubble growing fatter each day...pop! Crime on the rise *** And more voter fraud pending (I added this part too).

    Yep, good ole Joe, eh.

*** the mayor of Natchitoches, a good (D) and his newly appointed police chief (D) are on the hotseat as violent crime, in particular, has risen tremendously since they took office. In his State of the City address, the mayor pledged to reduce violent crime by 30%. Hmmm...what exactly does that mean? If he truly has such control, he can cause crime to drop by such a specific %, then why not 40%, 50%, heck, 100%! Just stupid political rhetoric. Totally meaningless. But makes a good sound bite for the media to throw at the moronic voters who support him.

Kind of like the meaningless rhetoric coming out of the White House these days.

    Re: President Biden

Early Jobs Report Data Previews the Coming Bloodbath

    LINK
    quote:

The White House has been scurrying to do preemptive damage control in preparation for the coming January 2022 jobs report. As RedState reported on Monday, Jen Psaki gave an incredibly odd and nonsensical commentary during her briefing. In it, she claimed that the jobs numbers were going to be skewed by people calling out sick due to Omicron.

Of course, people taking sick leave from work are not counted as job losses, and the entire thing came across as gaslighting meant to preempt a really terrible report. At the time, I speculated that we’d actually see negative jobs growth.
    quote:

That has now been essentially confirmed via ADP’s latest data. They found that the jobs numbers missed by 500,000, swinging from an expected gain of 200,000 jobs to 300,000 jobs being lost.
    quote:

To be clear, ADP’s survey is not the same as the BLS survey we will see released on Friday. The results between the two are normally similar, though. At the very least, the fact that ADP is showing a massive job loss figure is highly predictive that the BLS survey will show the same. The exact numbers may differ, but don’t expect the topline results to change.
    quote:

The only reason the total number of jobs gained has been so high the last year is that the government arbitrarily crushed the jobs market in the years prior. It’d be like the government blowing up your house, building you one half its size, and then demanding you praise them for it.

Clearly, the economy is faltering when it shouldn’t be, and the administration has no actual answer for its failures. Tweeting through it is not going to be any more persuasive than Psaki’s snark is.
    quote:

Regardless, the White House is in trouble and they know it. When it comes to a presidential administration, there are points of no return when it comes to public perception. Biden’s woes are really starting to feel baked in and permanent. The arrogant responses coming from his comms shop aren’t helping either. The deficit of leadership is real and harmful.

Ha! You have a job, but if you call in sick, you are reported as unemployed. That tracks.

According to Jen Psaki, the Biden admin is doing the following about gasoline and energy prices:

    1) Releasing barrels from the SPR (last I saw it was about 3 days worth)
    2) Calling out O&G companies for making big profits (this one is particularly dumb)
    3) Asking foreign producers to produce more (because they are too stupid to figure out how to ramp up US production).

I am filled with confidence. Has there ever been a more incompetent clown in the WH? Nope!

Billy Boy Klinton flooded the market from the SPR to appease voters in his 1996 re-election bid. It had a measurable effect on the price at the pump.

Then George Bush takes office, 2001, and our SPR was virtually empty since Klinton never bothered to replenish it. Didn't care to... Of course, Bush caught all kinds of grief when he set about buying oil, which drove the price up and the predictable low-IQ crowd accused him of just wanting to help his rich friends in big oil. It probably did benefit big oil for a spell, but the nation's strategic reserve was depleted and that had to be done.

Biden to release another 9/11 hijacker from GITMO. The WH says the mooslim terrorist suffers from mental health issues. Really? Like dangerous psychopathic behavior, yeah. This clown was one of those captured trying to enter the country and hoping to participate in the 9/11 attacks. Fool! next time just walk across the border from Mexico, tell the Bidenites where you want to go, and they'll put you on a plane you can crash anywhere you want!

It's not hurting the so-called "rich" at all.

Hopefully it's a good thing because it will destroy the dim idiots (and republicrats) as we know them.

And! I see that the US Olympic team is wallowing in 5th place in the medals count. We always win the total medal count...not always the most golds, but the most medals. Damn! Sleepy Joe has even screwed this up. Might be the first POTUS ever, or at least in the modern era, to preside over an under-achieving Olympic team. And yes! I am blaming him. We are losing everywhere, in every aspect, because we have a loser in charge. It's the trickle-down theory.

And our stores are looking like commie-nation stores. Shelves are empty. Even Walmart with its extensive distribution system can't keep products on the shelves. Hell! there was even moldy bread at our Walmart, on the shelf! And the prices, egad!

This is all Biden's fault. We have NEVER seen supply chain issues this bad. Not even obummer totally wrecked the supply chain like Sleepy Joe has. Who voted for this clown? (not as many as they claimed, but still some did!)

Come on, fess up, if you actually voted for Biden admit it. And no, you can't you the defense of "I didn't vote FOR Biden, I voted against Trump." And, whatever your rationale, what is your opinion of your guy now?

Have friends who raise cattle and friends who work in the poultry business. Fertilizer is up almost 250%. Feed is up almost 17%. If you haven’t seen the price go up locally on all meat and veggies, you will.
