Harris finally agrees to visit the border on behalf of the Hidden Administration. However, she is going to El Paso. This is the equivalent of visiting Branson, Missouri to observe the effects of gang violence in Chicago.
The ONLY reason she is going is the fact that Trump will be going to the border with Gov Abbott next week and it would look even worse if Trump went and she did not. So she had to hurry up and get there before him.
I agree, when it actually will play worse in the long run. That’s fine with me, but an admin that had a clue would know this can’t go any way but bad. First of all, they should have visited the border before the end of January. Second, we will see Trump visiting an area that actually has a problem. Third, they won’t do anything about the problem anyway. Conservative radio and news will have a field day with their ineptitude, again.
We got to the beach late last night. Wanted to order pizza and have it delivered so we could unpack and get settled instead of fighting restaurants or Walmart. Called local pizza place and were told we could order for pickup, but they didn’t have enough employees to send any out for deliveries. Have been advertising driver positions starting at $18 and up to $24 with experience. The gulf coast is not an expensive place to live in comparison to most of the country. $18-$24 is well above a “living wage” or whatever. Joe’s plan is working. The servants are more than happy to stay home and milk the system rather than contributing to it.
