I have a feeling this game is going to be a lot closer than we're comfortable with.

Two weeks off - Holtz doesn't understand/care about the effect this game will have, probably for the next decade - ulm WANTS this and they'd trade an 0-11 season as long as the last game was a win over Tech

Every time we've had a formula like this it's been a disaster or nearly so.

ULM has absolutely nothing to lose we have everything to lose. They have maybe (2) fans that really care and we have alum that will be REALLY pissed if we lose this game to the ULM jv squad.
Viator is a good coach and he'll have whatever they put on the field ready to play. We should come out and dominate the game but who knows this year has been such a exercise in gross mediocrity that I wouldnt be surprised at any outcome.

It would be a little sick, but Vegas should allow you to bet on whether a particular game will actually be played each week (with parleys on whether postponed games ever get played this season).

What would the odds be on this one? Probably not too good, right? What would it take for you to take the "yes" on that wager?

It's possible that ULX is the only loss that might actually jeopardize his cushy position.

I don't think we will either. Probably will be postponed/cancelled for reasons unknown.

And! at no time, not even for one second, has ulm had a lead in any game...yet. They would pee their pants if they scored first or took an early lead. Heck, they might even "take their ball and go home" if they did!
