Not quite. Based on the original rules posted (not the unsubstantiated revised rules), 4 games are all that are needed now that the West division average games played and remaining to play for the seven teams has dropped below 6.

I can grudgingly respect great athletes and coaches from teams I dislike, incl lsu. And I've got no problem with lsu grads and their families who support the tigahs.
I can even roll my eyes and accept the reality that many Louisianians are going to support lsu because "Louisiana". (While still resenting the undeserved and disproportionate coverage and favoritism they get from La. sportsmedia.)
But Tech grads who support lsu are dead to me. These are wholly untrustworthy individuals, and I generally won't even hold a conversation with them. (*rare exception -- if a Tech alum earned their graduate or professional degree in BR, and continues to support Tech at least as much as they do lsu)

I keep hearing the term "rebuilding" from some of the tigger fans. A school such as LSU with the notoriety and resources they have should never be in a rebuilding year, only reloading. Rebuilding points to other problems in the program.
