G, you are so pitiful, you are probably the only one on the site that believes they will be better off under this administration. It is going to cost everyone money, whether is from reinstalling the individual mandate for healthcare, increased energy cost via direct taxes or regulation, or direct tax increases. Maybe you have more money than you know what to do with, but I would like to keep mine, believe what you want as long as it only effects you.
I believe the country will be better off under the new administration. The majority of Americans agree with me, and that is why there will be a new administration. I can succeed just fine under any administration.
I can't say that this particular bill will ever see the light of day, or that any other effort will be successful, but I can say with absolute certainty it is very much the desire of the Left to remove the 2nd Amendment. Biden supports gun control and even blushed in telling Beto "you're gonna be my gun seizing czar." We all know Beto ran on taking every gun from every law abiding American. Whether they are ever able to pull that off is doubtful, but they will try.
So when some leftist bimbo like this Lee beeeetch floats a bill like this, even in its infancy, you lefties here, like Goosey, will excuse us if we sit up and notice.

Its because he’s the typical liberal voting lawyer. They vote that way to protect their personal interest with zero tort reform. Just like they’ll defend a murderer and/or rapist they know is guilty. But then again once you cross the line of being “for” the killing innocent babies you can commit and do anything.
Tort reform wasn’t on the ballot. That is a state issue, anyway.

Tort reform isn’t against my pecuniary interests. Doesn’t influence my thinking at all the ballot box.

Heck, I’ll admit I am better off financially with a healthy and profitable oil and gas industry. But tort reform is a hated thought by trial lawyers etc.., and I know those that will vote straight Dem. ticket at all levels to keep it from happening.
