It is your problem that you can’t understand why someone can have a gender identity nonconformity. You need to work on yourself because the facts of reality won’t change.
Why should it be a trans person’s problem that you can’t understand reality?

Gender identity nonconformity is closer to 1/2 of 1% from what I have seen.

Gender identity nonconformity doesn’t require a diagnosis of dysphoria. The restroom thing helps with the dysphoria. The goal shouldn’t be to contribute to or cause distress to people who are different.
You said 1/2 of 1%. That's .05 not .5
...and it's much more important to to take care of this non-sense that preserving jobs.
